Oak firewood

Description

Oak trees are very slow-growing and don’t reseed readily. It is one of the most recognizable trees in Latvia. Oak wood is dark brown and it is hardwood. firewood must be middle-aged, dried, and not punky. If oak firewood is punky, the wood creates only smoke without any heat. Oak has the largest heat intensity. 5,6 Mwh/t.

While drying oak firewood need to make special care, of because it must be done slowly, so firewood won’t chap. Length usually is adjustable to each customer request.

Oak is possible to get in different packaging: 22l and 40 l bags (after special request), usually in 1m3 and 2m3 boxes. The packaging is also adjustable according to your requirements.
